Aims of Family Yoga

The aims of Family Yoga are to make the most of your child's innate abilities and resources through a harmonious development of body, intellect, emotions and spirit.


Physical yoga cleanses and strengthens the body by combining poses, breathing and relaxation. Family Yoga is a class where parents, baby, toddler and small child do yoga together. Where playing, stretching and relaxation becomes a multi-sensory experience for both you and your child.
