How My Sacred Child began
The name My Sacred Child took shape as Natasha found herself expressing
herself with her own child and family, in her new life as a mother, a
wife, nurturer and protector. She found herself writing what this
experience all meant to her:
"My Sacred Child from the moment you stepped into my life everything
changed. I accept you, love you and honour you. Thank you for the
lessons each day that you teach me about myself and my world.
I see everything differently as I see the world through your eyes. It is
a new adventurous, playful, creative sometimes scary and dangerous but
never boring world, each moment can be exciting, loving and fun.
Your sparkle inspires me to explore and reconnect with my own inner
child. You have showed me how to be playful, joyful and creative again.
I embrace your presence and accept you, me and our family in our new
life and roles together. I accept my role as a nurturer and open myself
to be nurtured and loved too."
Natasha felt inspired to bring all that she experienced at home into her
classes. To share that her inside journey as a parent has been an
imploding and moving one. The highs and lows have brought insights and
ideas that have enhanced Natasha's sessions.
She sees her sessions as creative, developmental playshops for the
family. Together we explore movement of body, breathe and mind. We spend
a great deal of time processing information and acting from our
beautiful minds. These sessions are the perfect opportunity to give our
minds a rest, to leave plans, thoughts, worries, tasks, to do lists and
assignments behind and to step into our hearts.
Take this time to listen to your hearts desires for your family. Find
out what makes your heart sing. Then do it. Our children express
themselves from the heart with such ease and live in the moment full
heartedly. They express spontaneity, joy, flexability and unconditional
love with great ease. Come and explore the secrets of the sacred child
inside and beside you.
