Dad's are welcome to join and babies are too, even though the class focusses on your needs. You decide if you prefer baby by your side or at home so you can have your own time.


Prenatal Yoga

Your sacred child lies inside your womb. Your heart, your body and your mind is opening a space for this new life inside you. Also opening a greater love for yourself and your loved ones.

This class focuses on strengthening, relaxing and opening the body, mind and heart for your pregnancy, delivery and new life with baby. Come and explore movement of body and breathe that assists in accessing your inner peace and ease and maternal wisdom.


Postnatal Yoga

You have this precious gift in your hands, your heart and in your life. At the same time your child consumes most of you, come and find a space that is just for you.

This class focuses on strengthening, toning your abdominal and back muscles. It is relaxing, re-energizing and revitalizing and will strengthen your body, mind and spirit. Uplift your energy through movement and breathe. Open your heart to more love and courage for yourself, your baby and your family.
